Decidr as an AI operating system: profile and verdict
The most distinctive idea in this guide: run the company as a tree of goals, each owned by a person, an AI or a rule. Promising on governance, thin on public evidence and pricing.

Decidr calls itself an operating system for goals. Its premise is that an organisation can be described as a structure of measurable goals, broken down into function, process and task goals, each assigned to whoever, or whatever, is best placed to meet it1.
Best for: Leadership teams that want to run the company through measurable goals, each assigned to a person, an AI specialist or a rule.
Not the right fit for: Buyers that want published prices, named customer results or a self-serve start.
How Decidr works
Goals are defined as measurable ranges across periods, with green, orange and red bands. Each is assigned to a person, a specialist AI or conditional logic. Beneath each goal sit rules, tolerances and budgets; Decidr's example is a rule requiring a second authorisation for payments above A$10,0001. Its BusinessOS holds goals, rules, data and flows for an organisation in one structure, and a separate LifeOS applies the same approach to individuals. Goals can also be offered to a marketplace where specialists bid.
Published evidence
Decidr names partners on its site but no customers, and publishes no results on the pages we read1. It lists a trust centre and security badges without stating, on the home page, what the badges certify.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- An explicit governance model: rules, tolerances and budgets sit under each goal, such as a second authorisation for payments above a threshold.
- Designed for organisations of any size, from a single person to a global enterprise.
Limits
- No prices or plan limits are published.
- No named customers or results on the pages we read; named partners only.
- The goal-centred model is a different way of running a company, which raises the cost of adoption.
Choose another option if: You need a working system for CRM, mail and finance this quarter, with prices you can compare.
