Gemini in Google Workspace as an AI operating system
AI included in the subscription rather than sold on top. The natural choice for companies already on Gmail and Drive, and limited in the same way as every office-suite AI.

Google sells Gemini as part of its Workspace plans rather than as a separate add-on. Every business plan includes Gemini in Gmail and the Gemini app, and Workspace Studio AI agents are listed on all plans1.
Best for: Companies on Gmail, Docs and Drive that want AI included in the suite they already pay for.
Not the right fit for: Companies that need AI to work on CRM, orders or accounting records held elsewhere.
What is included
The plan determines how far Gemini reaches. On Starter, Gemini works in Gmail, with only limited Gemini in the other Workspace apps. From Standard upwards it is available in Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet and Chat, together with Google's most capable models and expanded access to its notebook tool1. Google states that company data in Gemini chat on Starter is not used to train models.
Starter, Standard and Plus can be bought for at most 300 users; Enterprise has no minimum or maximum1.
