Notion has added AI to the workspace many teams already use for documents, wikis and project boards. On its Business plan that includes Notion Agent, AI meeting notes and enterprise search, with Custom Agents available on credits⁠1Notion pricingNotion.

Best for: Teams whose shared work lives in documents, wikis and project boards and that want AI agents and meeting notes on top.

Not the right fit for: Companies that need AI to run sales, mail, phones or finance.

What Notion's AI covers

Free and Plus plans include only a trial of Notion AI. The Business plan adds Notion Agent, AI meeting notes and enterprise search, the last marked as beta. Custom Agents, which automate recurring work, are free to try and then cost $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits. Choose another option if: The work you want AI to take on involves customers, orders, calls or invoices.
